VMware Compatibility Guide*

VMware logoIntel OEMs, resellers, and system integrators who use Intel® Server Boards or Systems can make a submission to be listed as VMware-certified hardware.

VMware requests that all Server Manufacturers enter their equivalency information into the VMware Server Certification Equivalency Tool* (SCET). The SCET allows Authorized VMware Partners to submit directly to VMware their server platforms to be posted on VMware Compatibility Guide*.

The SCET is meant to simplify and speed up the posting process. To access the VMware SCET tool, you must be a member of both the VMware Solution Provider program at the “Registered” level and the Technical Alliance Partner (TAP) program at the “Access” level. The VMware Solution Provider program and the Technical Alliance Partner (TAP) programs provide your company with many unique training, licensing and support benefits.
